Terms & Conditions

Workshops booked through Masterclass Photography Training are subject to the following terms and conditions.

The Company
Masterclass Photography Training and the web site www.photomasterclasses.com are owned and operated by Hudgells Marketing Ltd (shown here as "we", "us" or "the company") working in conjunction with the professional tutors shown on this web site. All communications regarding the workshops must be directed to Hudgells Marketing Ltd via the contact form on  this web site and not via the individual tutors.

Workshops
We do everything possible to ensure that workshops are run as described, are enjoyable and rewarding to take part in and meet the needs of the participants. We do however reserve the right to make minor changes to locations, activities or subjects to take account of prevailing weather conditions, the knowledge and experience of the participants or any other external factors.

Booking and payment
Payment for all workshops is due in full at the time of booking. Bookings made by phone or via the web site will reserve a space on the chosen workshop for up to 7 days but the booking will not be confirmed until payment has been received in full. All bookings are confirmed in writing after receipt of payment.

Cancellation by us
We reserve the right to cancel any workshop if fewer than the minimum number of participants shown on the workshop details have booked places or if we are unable to provide all of the services shown for any reason (for example due to illness or accident). In the event that the tutor shown on the course details is ill or unable to attend for some other reason outside their control then we will endeavour to provide a suitable alternative tutor. We also reserve the right to cancel any outdoor workshop in the event of extreme weather. If we have to cancel a workshop for any reason we will offer all customers either a full refund of all monies paid, a part-refund against an alternative workshop of a different price or a free re-booking on the same workshop on a different date.

Cancellation by you
If you need to cancel a booking for any reason we will endeavour to offer you the ability to book on to a different workshop. If you do not wish to re-book and simply require a refund, the following cancellation charges will be charged: More than 60 days before the workshop date - 25% of workshop price: More than 30 days but less than 2 months before the workshop - 60% of workshop price: Less than 30 days before the workshop - 100% of workshop price

Liability
The company will always take whatever steps can be made to ensure that any problems that may arise during a workshop are resolved to the full satisfaction of clients. We can however not be held liable for any event which results in loss, expense, injury or delay to the client. All cameras and other equipment brought to the workshop by clients are the full responsibility of the client. The company can accept no responsibility for loss or damage to clients' property. We suggest that clients take out appropriate insurance on their equipment.
